After many successful bids for L&Q; we were asked to produce the tender for this exciting and prestigious bid, the first new residential scheme on the Olympic Park. We worked very closely with the architects at MAKE and PRP to ensure that the bid amplified their creative design ideas. In fact it worked so well the brand grew from a direct relationship the built environment will share with open spaces - in the form of a 'green necklace'. In 2012, the London Legacy Development Corporation awarded L&Q; and Taylor Wimpey the contract to develop this brand new area in East London.
