Following on from the success of Albany Place, we designed the winning Site 7 PQQ and final tender document. Once L&Q; got through the PQQ stage it was decided to brand Site 7 Harvard Gardens, paying homage to John Harvard, the founder of the famous US university who hailed from the area. The logo then came under the Albany Place umbrella, further strengthening L&Qs; fantastic legacy in the Aylesbury. We quickly moved onto local consultation for residents, utilising touchscreen technology to allow users the most engaging way of viewing the plans, as well as the more traditional static exhibition boards. We then wrote and completed the SCI as part of the planning application to Southwark Council. We are now starting work on the marketing of the new homes, with construction just underway.
