Solum Regeneration is a joint venture between Network Rail and Kier Property, looking to regenerate railway stations across South East England. National Rail and Kier asked us to help build the communications strategy for this exciting project. We worked with the JV team to develop a corporate brand for Solum, which at its highest level, demonstrated their aim to create value through mixed-use developments, providing station and environmental improvements to the travelling public. With seven sites identified at Epsom, Enfield, Maidstone East, Twickenham, Walthamstow, Wembley and Guildford, these form the basis of this ten-year, £500m venture and to date, our involvement has spanned the brand strategy and tactical roll out, through to the corporate website and application of the Solum brand to the developments.
