Spenhill is wholly owned by Tesco. With a commitment to deliver hundreds of new homes and 14 high profile commercial developments over the few years, Spenhill needed a brand to take its place on the consumer stage and compete with other developers across the UK. We carried out an audit on Spenhill's existing and desired positioning to develop a strategy for Spenhill to become a major player in the residential and commercial development world. We devised a new identity and brand identity guidelines and a robust marketing strategy and tactical delivery. Sales and marketing activity stems from the Spenhill website. Individual developments have their own personality but endorsed by Spenhill. This allowed individually market targeted identities for residential developments such as The Old Brewery in Faversham and commercial developments, including the Swan Centre, Yardley and New Square, West Bromwich.
