Network Rail had a vision to consolidate their regional offices into a purpose built state-of-the-art office complex in Milton Keynes, The Quadrant: MK. This was a huge undertaking that required careful management and so they asked us to help them communicate with the thousands of people relocating from offices around the country.
From presentations to poster campaigns, Welcome Packs and a Building User Guide, we helped formulate the best campaign to help them make the big move. On their first day in the new offices, everyone was given a Welcome Pack containing all the 'need to know' information about their new 'home' - it contained a SmartCard, branded USB card, Z-card on how to get to The Quadrant:MK. Together with a Building User Guide, which provided information from where the meetings rooms are located to how to adjust your chair (!), this kit provided the essential orientation tool for Network Rail's new home. The Quandrant: MK opened in Spring 2012.
