The International Quarter (TIQ) is London's most exciting new business address, at the heart of London's newest metropolitan area, Stratford City, E20. Lend Lease needs to attract international tenants to its commercial development and so our answer was to produce an pioneering immersive digital marketing App that can be downloaded from anywhere in the world. The App, using VUITNOW, is an easy-to-use sales tool, showing the proposed development in an interactive 3D environment. Information about each building and its context is highlighted through overlaid graphics, allowing users to see the entire project in depth and detail.
Understanding how The International Quarter will be developed and fit into the larger legacy of the Olympic Park development is crucial to its success. This App is helping to build a visual picture of the new district and is instrumental to the sales and marketing process going forward.
